Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags and labels are intact. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not qualify for a return. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
